Accessibility Standards (Ontario)

 

The Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) was passed in 2005 with the goal of a fully accessible Ontario by 2025. To achieve this objective the AODA has established accessibility standards in the areas of Customer Service, Information and Communications, Employment, Built Environment and Transportation.

Yogurty’s is committed to providing its goods and services in a manner which respects the independence and dignity of people with disabilities, striving to allow for them to benefit from the same services as other guests.

The Company has developed an Accessibility Standard for Customer Service (AODA) Policy,  and a Plan to Deliver Accessible Customer Service. Copies of the policy and plan are available in alternate formats, upon request.
